Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product if you are not completely satisfied. Returns must be made in unused condition and include all original components, accessories, and documentation.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, especially for items with a value over €75, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Conditions for Returns
Products must be unused and in substantially the same condition as received.
All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Products that are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, or functioning may be rejected.
Excluded Items
The following products cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Sealed products for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed
Hazardous or flammable materials
Gift cards
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or was damaged during shipping.

Products Purchased as Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, they may receive a store credit or voucher after returning the product. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
International Customers
For customers outside Spain, the same return conditions apply. Any applicable local regulations in your country will be respected as long as they do not conflict with this policy.
